This Children's Privacy Policy ("Children's Policy") explains how 1337&Senri LLC, joint venture created by Tilting Point Media LLC (collectively referred to as "1337&Senri", "we", "us", or "our") collects, stores, uses, discloses or otherwise processes personal information of children that use our Services, and what rights they (or their parent) have if we are processing their personal information.
When we refer to "children" or "child," we mean users of the Child-Friendly Services who tell us that they are under the age of 16. When we refer to a "parent" we mean their parents and legal guardians.

Tilting Point, joint venture partner in 1337&Senri LLC, is a valid licensee of the ESRB Privacy Certified Program.

HOW WE COLLECT AND USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
When a user tells us they are under the age of 16, only limited personal information will be collected in accordance with COPPA. The following persistent identifiers may be collected automatically:
- Device ID — a unique identification number for your mobile device used to enable gameplay and save progress
- IP address — used to determine country-level location for compliance purposes
- IDFV — Apple's identifier for apps from the same developer, used for analytics and fraud prevention
- GAID — Google's Advertising ID, used only when required for contextual advertising
Information collected also includes usage information, technical information, actions within the Services, and general country-level location. Supported internal operations include maintaining/analyzing Services, network communications, authentication, personalizing content, serving contextual ads or frequency capping, security, and legal compliance.
We will not condition a child's participation in an activity on disclosing more personal information than is reasonably necessary.
HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose children's personal information to:
- Other companies in the Tilting Point group
- Service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, analytics, functionality services)
- Prospective buyers or investors in the context of business restructuring
- Courts or government authorities as required by law
- Any person where disclosure is necessary to protect vital interests
- Otherwise with parental consent
The Child-Friendly Services do not enable a child to make their personal information publicly available.

- AppLovin — Contextual ads
- Google AdMob — Ad network
- Google Firebase Crashlytics — Bug and crash reporting

- LeanPlum — Content optimization and analytics
- PlayFab — Backend player database
- Unity Ads — Contextual ads and mediation
- Unity Analytics — Analytics

PARENTAL CONTROLS AND CHOICES
Parents can email privacy@1337andsenrillc.com to: review their child's personal information, request deletion, refuse further collection, or ask questions about this Policy.
DATA SECURITY
We have adopted measures to ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of children's personal information, including encryption, pseudonymization, access controls, and vulnerability management.
DATA RETENTION
We do not retain any information from players under the age of 16 other than anonymized identifiers necessary for serving the game and saving game progress. We delete these anonymized identifiers when players request us to do so.
CHANGES
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you if we have your contact details.
