This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how 1337&Senri LLC, joint venture created by Tilting Point Media LLC (collectively referred to as "1337&Senri", "we", "us", or "our" in this Policy) collects, stores, uses, shares, or otherwise processes personal data (collectively, "processes" or "processing") of end users of our Services as defined below (referred to as "you" or "your" in this Policy), and what rights you have if we are processing your personal data.
In this Policy, "Services" refers to our Games, Websites, and any related services or properties we directly control. "Games" refers to online games or applications that we own and operate. The Game governed by this Policy is: Leo's Fortune. "Websites" refers to websites and other online properties we control that link to this Policy, including www.leosfortune.com

3. WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA AND ON WHAT BASIS?

Legal Basis — We process your data to: perform our contract with you (account creation, gameplay, purchases, social features, support); based on legitimate business interest (operations, analytics, advertising measurement, communications); for safety and security (moderation, fraud detection, auditing); and with your consent (newsletters, personalized ads, cookies).
3.2. Advertising — In some Games, we show our own ads and third-party ads. We may share your Advertising ID and IP address with advertising partners. You can control ad personalization through your device's privacy settings (Limit Ad Tracking on iOS, Opt out of interest-based ads on Android). You can also opt out via the NAI, DAA, or EDAA.
3.3. Cookies — Our Websites use essential and analytical cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner.
3.4. SDKs — Our Games use game development SDKs, analytics SDKs, and advertising SDKs.

Contact information, online identifiers, device information, location information (coarse, from IP), gameplay and usage information, advertising interactions, technical error information, inferences, communications, third-party social data, purchase validation data, research and feedback, and other information you submit. We do not collect special categories of sensitive data.

Directly from you, automatically from your device, from advertising partners, publicly available sources, third-party accounts, and transaction service providers.
6. WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?
1337&Senri group companies, service providers, advertising partners (listed at tiltingpoint.com/data-recipients), prospective purchasers, public authorities, and with your consent.
