End User License Agreement / Terms of Service

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms of Service (including all their annexes, collectively the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy carefully before using any 1337&Senri Services. Your use of 1337&Senri Services constitutes your acknowledgement of and agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms.
DEFINITIONS
"Services" means any and all services made available by 1337&Senri or our affiliates, including services accessed through mobile devices and third party social and mobile networks, and via websites including www.leosfortune.com.
"Software" means any and all software applications distributed by 1337&Senri or its affiliates including mobile games, downloadable games, and games accessed via browser. Software also includes updates, upgrades, manuals, packaging, documentation, and any copies thereof.
"1337&Senri Services" means Software and Services collectively.
UPDATES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lawful Use: 1337&Senri Services may be used only for lawful purposes consistent with their intended uses, for your personal, noncommercial use.
Users Under 18: Most 1337&Senri Services are NOT intended for users under 16 years of age. If you are between the minimum age and 18, your legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR AND USES
Prohibited activities include: providing false information; illegal conduct; impersonation; creating multiple accounts; transmitting copyrighted or infringing material; hate speech or discrimination; trolling, bullying, harassment; interfering with services or networks; and assisting others in any of the above.
SECURITY RULES
You are prohibited from violating system or network security, including: unauthorized access; probing or scanning vulnerabilities; interfering with services; forging packet headers; reverse engineering; using bots, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software; and accessing services through unauthorized hardware or software interfaces.
INTERNATIONAL USE
We control and operate the 1337&Senri Services from the United States. Software may be subject to export controls.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
No material provided through 1337&Senri Services may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. All Materials and Content are our property or that of our partners/licensors, protected by patent, trademark and/or copyright.
LIMITED LICENSE
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use 1337&Senri Services. Digital Goods are licensed, not sold, and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
COMMUNITY VIDEOS PERMISSION
We grant fans and players additional limited permission for reasonable use of in-game audio and video in community content on YouTube, Twitch, and similar platforms, subject to our right to require removal at any time.
USER CONTENT
By submitting User Content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.
PRIVACY POLICY
Our use of personally identifiable information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
AUTO-RENEWAL TERMS
Certain Services may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. You may cancel through the platform where you purchased. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect the current term.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
